We’d Genuinely Like to Hear From You
Whether you’ve got a question about something we wrote, a correction because we got a fact wrong, a destination you think deserves coverage, or you just want to share how a trip went after using one of our guides — this page is for that.
We read every message that comes through. Not a team of fifty people sorting through a corporate inbox — actual humans who write the content on this site, reading actual feedback from people who read it.
How to Reach Us
General inquiries, feedback, and corrections hello@travelorbit.online
Partnership and collaboration inquiries partners@travelorbit.online
Press and media press@travelorbit.online
We aim to respond to genuine inquiries within 2–3 business days. If you haven’t heard back within a week, feel free to follow up — emails do occasionally get lost in the noise, and we’d rather you nudge us than assume we ignored you.
What’s Most Helpful to Send Us
To help us get back to you with something actually useful, it helps if you can include:
For corrections: the specific article, the specific detail that’s outdated or inaccurate, and ideally a source or your own recent experience confirming the update. Prices, opening hours, visa requirements, and safety information change constantly — we rely on readers like you to help us keep things current.
For destination or topic requests: what you’re hoping to learn about, and what’s missing from existing guides (ours or elsewhere) that would actually be useful to you.
For general questions about planning your trip: as much context as you’re comfortable sharing — destination, rough dates, budget range, and what kind of experience you’re after. The more specific the question, the more useful we can be in response. That said, please understand we’re a small team and can’t provide fully personalized itinerary planning for every message we receive — for that level of depth, our published guides are usually the best starting point.
Before You Reach Out
A few quick things that might save you a message (or help you write a more specific one):
Looking for general travel planning advice? Browse our destination and planning guides — there’s a good chance we’ve already covered it in detail.
Have a question about how we handle your data? Check our Privacy Policy.
Curious about who’s actually writing this content and why? Visit our About Us page.
A Small Request
If you’re writing in with a correction or feedback, please be specific. “Your Japan article is wrong” doesn’t give us much to work with — “the Kyoto JR Pass price listed in your Japan packing guide doesn’t match current 2025 pricing” lets us actually fix it. We genuinely appreciate detailed, constructive feedback far more than vague criticism, and we promise we won’t take it personally either way.
Follow Along
We’re also putting together more ways to stay connected beyond email — updates on new guides, destination deep-dives, and the occasional honest opinion about overrated tourist attractions. Check back on this page for social links as they go live.
Thanks for reading, for traveling thoughtfully, and for taking the time to reach out. We mean that.
